Document A — The Intake Protocol
Clinical language. Read it twice. The second time, replace every instance of "stabilization" with "the thing being done to a person without their full understanding of what it costs them."
3.4.2 — NARRATIVE SUBSTRATE PREPARATION Prior to primary Narrative Installation, the candidate's existing autobiographical architecture must be prepared to receive the constructed biography. This preparation phase involves: a) Suppression of dominant trauma-anchor pathways via acoustic metamaterial calibration (see Technical Annex 4) b) Reduction of hippocampal sharp-wave ripple density during non-REM phases to prevent unauthorized memory consolidation c) Construction of replacement narrative scaffolding using data sourced from candidate's own memory profile (see Section 4: Substrate Memory Encoding) Note: Preparation phase success rates vary. Approximately 9% of candidates exhibit what the research team designates as "Residual Self Persistence" — characterized by continued substrate signal reception despite suppression. These candidates are classified TYPE-U and require individualized monitoring.

Document C — Personal Research Notes
I've described the architecture above as clinically as I can stand to.
My sister's last message to me ended mid-sentence.
Three weeks ago I found a pressed flower outside my apartment door. A white spider lily. It was perfectly preserved with no browning, no curl, no smell. I have not touched it. I have a working theory about what it is and I'm not ready to write it down yet.
I recovered a partial audio signal from inside the facility. I don't know how it got out. I don't know if it's been altered before it reached me. I'm posting it anyway, because sitting on it doesn't feel safer than sharing it.
Player, if that's a word that applies to you, whoever you are reading this. go listen to it. Don't just listen. Look at it.
Images Require Attention
The CRC website contains promotional material. Specifically, check the homepage photograph and the resident testimonials page. Some of the images may carry information encoded in a form most people don't know to look for.
I've built a decoder tool to help extract hidden information from images that use LSB steganography. If you find an image that seems relevant, try it there.
The same technique may have been used in official Chintounanpoku promotional materials — game art, trailers, anything official. Look carefully.
